Grade 6's start their journey in Eastern USA

This morning, at an hour in which most people are still curled up in their beds, 46 very excited grade 6 students started a journey to Eastern USA. Armed not with iPads or laptops, but with shear eagerness to explore somewhere new. Their adventure will take them to Washington, Philadelphia, New York and Boston. Today, their first day, was that of travel. By the end, all were quite tired, but excited for the days ahead. Through our travels we stopped at Washington's Union Square Station for dinner and a picture. We saw a bit of the city by night. It was a beautiful fall night, full of colorful trees and majestic buildings. Tomorrow we will continue our tour of the city and watch a university soccer game. It should be a great day.
